YouTube Videos & Shorts
Paste any YouTube link — youtube.com/shorts/… links are detected as Shorts automatically. Home shows the 4 latest videos; the full list and Shorts appear on the Resources page. Videos play in YouTube's own embedded player on this site.
Tools (Resources page)
Upload your HTML tool — it is stored inside the site data (travels with Export/Import). Visitors run it in a new tab, on this website only; no download is offered.
Keep tool files small (under ~700 KB) — everything shares the browser's ~5 MB storage along with posts and images.
Posts — News & Updates / Judgements / Articles / Notifications & Circulars
These publish to the Resources page. Body supports text + images (blog format).
Images are stored inside the site data as base64 — keep them small (screenshots are fine; avoid very large photos, since browser storage is limited to ~5MB).

GST Rate Data — additions, aliases & overrides
The base data (1,390 entries from your rate masters) ships in hsn-data.js and is not edited here. Use this card to: (1) add search keywords/aliases so common words find legal descriptions (e.g. desc "Mobile phones", keywords "mobile,smartphone", code 8517, rate 18%); (2) override a base entry — your row with the same code replaces it; (3) add missing items. Your rows rank on top in search results.

Everything you save in this Admin panel lives only in this browser. To make it visible to visitors on the live website, publish it:
- Click the button below — it downloads a file named
site-data.js. - Open your GitHub repository → tap the existing
site-data.js→ pencil ✏ / "Upload files" → replace it with the downloaded one. - Commit the change. The live site updates itself in about a minute.
The file contains all announcements, posts, tools, videos, rates, about & photo — but not your admin passcode. Publish again any time you add or change content.
Security & Backup
Passcode is a convenience lock only (client-side). Before deploying publicly, plan a proper backend login if the admin panel must stay online.
